Neesha Seth is acknowledged for her grounded, determined and compassionate approach towards her work and voluntary commitments. With over 15 years’ experience in industry, Neesha is an experienced Organisational Psychologist. Neesha has worked with a diverse array of organisations to increase workplace wellbeing, as well as on an individual level, to enhance mental health functioning. With over a decade of experience sitting on the United Nations of Australia (UNAA) Executive Committee in Western Australia, Neesha is currently the president of UNAA Young Professionals in WA.

Neesha’s passion for organisational psychology stems from the opportunity it provides to proactively enhance an individual’s experience at work, a place, that for many of us we spend majority of our time. She achieves this by applying evidence-based knowledge of how systems and human factors interrelate to impact individual wellbeing.
