An experienced organisational psychologist and television presenter, over the past 15 years, Neesha has worked across a diverse array of industries to assist organisations to optimise their human potential. Neesha’s passion for human rights and her love of people, has seen her hold numerous leadership roles over the past 15 years with the United Nations Association of Australia (UNAA). She is currently the President of the UNAA Young Professionals in Western Australia.

Neesha holds several degrees and qualifications, including a Bachelor of Science (majoring in Psychology), Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Human Resources and Industrial Relations) and a Master of Psychology (Industrial and Organisational) from the University of Western Australia. She is an endorsed and registered Organisational Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency

Currently, Neesha splits her time between private consulting specific to her expertise and the provision of general organisational services for a private psychological firm in Australia. Throughout her years of practice, Neesha has provided both clinical and organisational interventions, using evidence-based treatment to benefit both individuals and organisations. An expert in organisational diagnostics, including psychometric assessments, the facilitation of organisational
mediations, team interventions, executive coaching, training services and behavioural investigations. She had over ten years’ experience in the field of performance management and industrial relations. Her current area of greatest focus is working with both government and private organisations in the development of psychological safe workplaces through the implementation of proactive psychosocial strategies and processes.

Neesha is grounded and authentic, with a genuine interest to assist others to be the best version of themselves. This is clearly demonstrated to her longstanding commitments to the United Nations and profession as an Organisational Psychologist. Neesha is a regular presenter on Foxtel Aurora’s The Couch, has presented on a number of channel 9 lifestyle series and is a regular MC for bespoke community events. Neesha is currently working on a six-part series that focuses on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal, Good Health and Wellbeing in collaboration with the UNAA Young Professionals and the Society of Industrial and Organisational Psychologists Australia.
